Alongside its 7 wheelchair accessible minibuses, transport is also provided on our behalf by volunteer drivers, using their own cars.
Volunteer drivers come from all walks of life - some are retired, some are semi-retired and some are working part-time, some are in-between jobs. They all have one thing in common - they want to help their communities and enjoy the flexibility of volunteering with South Antrim!

What do I need to volunteer drive with South Antrim Community Transport:
* Your own car (your existing insurance will cover you, you do not require Business Class insurance) * Be able to donate a least a half-day per week to provide transport on our behalf * A degree of flexibility * Be willing to undertake some basic training * A mobile phone * Be willing to undertake an enhanced Access NI check
